While it retains its user-friendly essence, PermitTrax™ has continuously grown and evolved in tandem with our valued clients.

Today, PermitTrax™ stands as a comprehensive Land Management system, presented in a suite of applications. This encompassing suite includes permit, license, and code/case tracking, a robust reporting engine, seamless GIS integration, full electronic plan review integration, and more. Our distinctiveness extends to our pricing model. Bitco Software charges a flat fee for the license and maintenance, without hidden costs. This annual fee incorporates the complete suite, comprising PermitTrax, Citizens Connect portal, and our mobile application, PermitTrax Mobile. It covers full software implementation, data conversion, training, and extends to unlimited users. Beyond the initial setup, our maintenance covers all support requests, modifications, and additional features. We term this our "All-Inclusive" customer success model, where your triumph is our triumph.
